All 127 Energizing Options are positive. As you use them, you will soon discover how they clear your mind of negative and repetitive ways of thinking, stimulate your energy field when you are sluggish or confused & shift your attitude when you feel overwhelmed, hyperactive, upset, angry, fearful or depressed.
- You can choose any Energizing Option you are drawn to that you feel will help you in the situation you are in. Because each Energizing Option inputs coherent energy, whichever one you choose should help you to one extent or another. Scan the Index of Energizing Options on the Blue pages (spiral bound version of SPIRAL UP!) / p.9-12 (paperback version of SPIRAL UP!), & make your choice.
- You can scan the WAYS TO USE SPIRAL UP (gold pages in the spiral bound version and p.3-8 in the paperback version). These pages provide you with eleven ways to change your resonance with the problem situation you are in. Choose whichever one of the eleven WAYS you feel will help you in the situation you are in and do an Energizing Option so you once more resonate with what is positive and life-giving. Trust your gut feeling / felt sense. Have confidence in yourself. On some level, we know what is positive for us and what brings us back into sync with our optimal range of frequencies. If it doesn't feel good or right, don't do it! Choose another Option.
- When actually doing an Energizing Option, ignore (mcs) – which means Muscle Check your Self. (The muscle checking technique is taught in the Resonance Repatterning seminars.) Instead of muscle checking, simply follow your gut feeling (also known as your body’s felt sense -- which is how your body responds and feels about doing an Option or the details of what you might need when doing an Option). Of course, if you know muscle checking, you will follow the (mcs) cues.
- If you attend The Fundamentals of Resonance Repatterning seminar – the first seminar in Resonance Repatterning – you will learn the Muscle Checking Technique, after which you will be able to muscle check on yourself – (mcs) – to identify which of the eleven WAYS you need and which Energizing Option will help you change what you resonate with. In the meantime your gut feeling is fine.
